All Loopbelt belts are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  We will replace any belts with sizing, sewing or materials defects, at no cost to you.

 

Right Size Guarantee

Ordering clothing online lacks the size certainty of an in store purchase, so we also provide our Right Size Guarantee.  If you follow our sizing guidelines, and the belt you receive doesn't fit right, we will send another belt in a different size, free of charge.  Applicable to US domestic single belt orders only.  Contact us or use your Loopbelt account to request a different size. 

 

Replacements

All Loopbelt belts are guaranteed against sewing and materials defects. In most cases, defective belts do not need to be returned for replacement. 

To process a replacement request, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, then click the Return Item(s) button.  Enter the relevant information, including the replacement size needed, and we will promptly process your request.  Please pass the original belt on to someone else for their use, you do not need to return the belt to us.

 

Returns

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an unopened item, login to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Click the Return Item(s) button and entered requested info. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although in most cases it will be much sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
